Delivery Costs

Delivery within New Zealand is FREE on all orders, no minimum spend required.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are sent via CourierPost, and you can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 working days. Please allow an extra 2 days for rural delivery.
Once your order has been carefully packed, you will receive a notification that your order has shipped along with tracking details.


    30 Days Returns Policy

    If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it provided the goods are new, unused and unopened, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify for a return, goods must be new and unused items in their full, original packaging with no damage. If shipping charges were incurred for your order, this will not be refunded and the refund amount will be solely the price of the goods returned. Please note that change of mind returns are shipped at your cost. Once returned goods are received, refunds are processed within 24 hours - please note refunds can take up to three days to appear in your bank account.

    Returns Process

    If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us first so we can authorise the return and provide you with return instructions. It is really important that you follow the correct process to ensure your credit is processed as quickly as posible - please ensure your return is approved before returning it to us. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs for change of mind returns.

    Responsibility for Returns

    Refunds are processed within 24 hours of the goods being received by us. Refunds are processed at the discretion of Hello Beautiful and are bound by The Consumer Guarantees Act. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned goods are received by Hello Beautiful in the same condition they were sent. Until the goods are received by Hello Beautiful, tracking the return and any damages that occur in transit are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to accept returns on unused and unopened products that are damaged in transit.

      Damaged Items

      We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If however your order arrives damaged, let us know as soon as possible and we'll remedy it quickly. We may require proof of damage before authorising a return or refund, and will refund or replace the item in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

        Incorrect Items

        If we have sent you an incorrect item, simply contact us at and we'll sort it out quickly. Where it's our error, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

          Opened Items

          We cannot accept returns of opened or no longer new items. We will only process returns for goods returned to us in brand new, unopened and unused condition.


            If a refund is required and approved, we’ll process it within 24 hours of the item being returned.
